What is the refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund and return policy if your order is not delivered, such as when international shipments do not clear customs. To request a return, please include a photo of the issue along with a detailed explanation in your message. Be sure to label your message with “return” to ensure prompt processing.
What is your reshipment policy?
While we maintain an exceptionally high success rate for deliveries (nearly 100%), there is a small chance that customs may seize a package, which is beyond our control. Approximately 99% of shipments to the US and UK pass through customs without any issues, though around 10% may undergo closer inspection, with a 1-5% chance of being seized. In such cases, we will reship your order at no extra charge.
However, if the issue arises due to an incorrect shipping address, reshipment will be at full cost, as we are unable to retrieve undelivered shipments. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate!
When do you initiate a reshipment?
We assess reshipment needs based on general delivery trends. If an order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, we begin considering reshipment.
